Accountability and Compliance

  • 80G and 12A Registered – Donations eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G. Trust registered under Section 12A of Income Tax Act.
  • FCRA Compliant – Registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act for receiving international donations legally.
  • Audited Financials – Annual audited statements available on request. Transparent fund utilization reporting to donors.
  • No Third-Party Fees – 100% of bank transfers reach the Trust. We do not use payment gateways that deduct fees.

Understanding Donation Types

Zakat

Obligatory 2.5% of qualifying wealth. Must go to eligible recipients (poor, needy, students). Al-Jamiatul Hashmia students qualify as students of knowledge.

Sadaqah

Voluntary charity of any amount, anytime. Can be allocated to any institution or cause. Ongoing reward (Sadaqah Jariyah) for infrastructure, library, education.

Education Fund

Direct support for student fees, books, uniforms, hostel costs. Sponsor a specific student or grade level. Receive progress updates.

Healthcare and Eye Camps

Fund free cataract surgeries, blood donation camps, medical checkups. Visible, measurable impact with beneficiary reports.
